Can Latex condom prevent HIV transmission?

yes. however if it breaks during use, HIV can be contracted. Can Latex condom prevent HIV transmission?
no it cant ddduuuurrrrrrrrCan Latex condom prevent HIV transmission?
When used properly, yes, absolutely.
If used correctly and each time you have sex Yes it will reduce and even prevent infection.
i think it reduces transmission of hiv by something like 30%.
99% of the time it can.....best way of not being infected is to make sure your partner isnt infected......so just make sure you always use protection
no. it cant be.100. percent safe the body fluids as well can cause leakage and that means trouble in this matter. in my opion?
Yes.. Provided the condom is leak proof.
The only thing that is 100% guaranteed is abstinence. However, latex is the closest thing you will get to decreasing risk of transmission. It is still possible because they can break.
Its a common myth that it does but it doesn't. The virus is small enough to seep through the latex and bam you get the virus. Hey but it does cut down on the risk a little but is that really good enough for you? I wouldn't do it if I knew the guy/girl could have HIV.
NOOOO WAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!

It can help you more than not wearing anything....but you are not guaranteed, even with STD's......but don't stop wearing them!! Stay Safe!
