Latex paint dots on car hood?

The condo painters got latex paint dots on my hood when painting. I'm taking that up w/ the assoc. but I need to get them removed asap in order to sell the car. What easy answers for that do yo have?

Try Meguiar's deep crystal paint cleaner. It's specifically designed for use on your car's paint. Don't use rubbing compound. Rubbing compound may remove the paint, but it will also leave small scratches in your finish that will need to be polished out.





A good bug and tar remover may also work, but you'll want to follow it up with a coat of wax as it will get stripped when you're removing the paint spots.Latex paint dots on car hood?
after they dry you should be able to pop them off with no problem..
Make sure you get pictures and then get estimates of how much it will cost to get the paint removed. Don't have it done until you get the money for it though. If they won't pay you for it, talk to your insurance company. They may pay for it and then have their legal dept. seek reimbursement for it. This stuff can take some time though so good luck!!
NORMALLY BRAKE CLEAN WILL TAKE IT OFF WITHOUT DAMAGE TO THE PAINT , BUT WASH AND WAX IT IMMEDIATELY AFTER
try anything that is soft plasticbut somewhat rigid... you should be able to ';pop'; them off with a little pressure. You need to scrape them off...try your fingernail first... also try soap and water... they may just loosen when you drive through a car wash. latex adheres to walls because they are porous so it won't adhere in the same way to your car surface. if that doesn't work, go to the hardware store and ask for a product called ';Oops';... read the label before you buy it to make sure it's safe....

Try using a product called ';rubbing compound';. You can find it at any car parts store and it won't damage your cars paint. Someone lost a can of white paint on the highway in front of me and it got all over the back fender of my own car. This stuff got it off reatively easily on mine.
