Someone recommended me to use 100% silicone to seal crack on outdoor ground because other mixture caulks are not durable under the sun (eventually dry into powder). Is that the case? And is Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone durable under the sun? Any alternative to 100% silicone to be durable under the sun?Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone or 100% silicone?
Any silicone sealant will work, I wouldn't worry about 100% anything. Actually the siliconized caulk will probably outlast you and I together.Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone or 100% silicone?
Use on the ground? Do you mean concrete? If so, as stated before go with a concrete patch sealant that comes in a caulk tube.
Silicone is good, but often has trouble adhering properly. The silicone lasts, the bond often does not. Make sure what you are applying it to is very clean.
Also - never ever use silicone where you intend to paint one day. It will NOT accept paint.

You need to look for concrete or masonry sealant. If you use an interior caulk it will not hold up. Also get omething that can withstand the expansion of the hot and cold.......
