Firm beds / mattress for healthy backs! Pocket sprung, latex, or futon?

I don't know which firm mattress to buy (or orthopedic mattress as they are sometimes called). I don't like the memory foam and don't like soft beds much.





A decent pocket sprung or latex is at least 拢700


but a futon mattress is only 拢130.....





IS A FUTON GOING TO BE AS GOOD FOR MY BACK AS

whatever you do, don't buy a futon. I had the unfortunate experience of sleeping on one for a few months and my back will never be the same again. Sealy! Not that you are...but Sealy Orthopedic mattress are not too firm and they have comfort pillows surface on the mattress part that embrace your body . Hmmm....So really you are way up there in the cloud and you can get your beauty sleep. I'm not sure if they carry that brand where you are. Oh and if you are over 5';1 get the king size.
