Making a latex weapon?

Ok so I do LARP (Live Action Role Play) and I have decided I would like to make my own weapon. I know how to ( http://www.melgir.demon.co.uk/lrp/make/weapon.html ) but I don't know where to get the materials from. Help!!!

You can get latex from places like Hobbycraft and Fred Aldous. You will probably be able to get the rest there too.
