The simple answer is no because there are in fact people who are allergic to latex condoms. While you did not indicate your reasons for wanting an answer to avoid sexual intimacy, why don't you try the truth. If this is a guy( or gal) that you do not want to have sexual intercourse with, simply say you are not interested in that type of relationship with them. If this is a person you are involved in a romance with but are not yet ready for the sex, be honest so you guys can have a candid talk. If this is a person you are in a relationship with and there are problems in having a sexual relationship, then have an open, honest , complete, and total heart--to--heart talk with them so the reasons and issues responsible can be resolved. I am sure you get the point now. I hope they come in handy and help you resolve the situation that prompted your question.
lol. im not sure if your male or female, but if your male she may say shes on birth control or suggest some sort of spermicide. a guy may suggest spermicided, or a goat skin condom(for those allergic to latex) , or they can suggest nothing, and use the pull out meathid, which doesnt work cuz precum can get you or her prego.
